This is a beefy unit. Not sealed like many of the “modern” ones, but then I could fix this one if ever I needed to. And it is a better price. You have to get a “feel” for locking it in the out position, but that doesn’t take long. Hose stays flexible in cold weather, yet isn’t too floppy in the heat. 50ft covers my 3.5 car garage totally, and several meters into the driveway. I liked it so much I ordered another, an 80ft to get even more reach when I do bigger projects in the driveway. No more lugging around “portable” compressors!

I was not sure this would work without leakage. I am using this reel on the back of my 2001 Arctic Cat 500. The reel is mounted on back and connected to a 25 gallon spray tank with quick disconnects at the reel hub and the spray wand. Tried it today for the first time and it works great. No leaks!

We are very happy with this product and the way it works like expected! It’s a very long air hose.Updated after 3 months. The spring has since sprung and doesn’t wind up by its self after only 3 months of use. Would not recommend for Commerical use.

The air hose reel has only been installed for a few weeks now. So far so good.
