Update, cooktop still does not work and for almost a year this company has refuse to repair or replace this cooktop. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.Had this cooktop for two months when the left front burner quit working. Got up one morning and my breaker was blown. Flipped the breaker and cooktop worked except for the left front burner. It gave and F symbol. Called the company and no one knew what the F symbol was. Suggested maybe it wasn’t wired correctly. So called out the electrician, it was wired correctly. He thought maybe it need new heavier gage wire from cooktop to breaker box. $350.00 later I had new wire and same error. In the mean time I ended up in hospital, treatments, cooktop was on the back burner for about month. Call company again. They asked me to send a picture of the error reading. Again no one knows what a F means. Well, the burner is not working so I think F stands for failure. Anyway, said they would call me back that afternoon. Of course no call. A week later we called again. Got the same girl. She never even looked for the picture. While in the phone she did look and found it. Said she would take it to her joss and would call me back. Never called. So here we are in July. Burner still not working and company has done nothing. I could never in good conscious recommendation this product based on the terrible customer service I have received. If you want an induction cooktop do not buy from this company. If you do you have just wasted a substantial sum of money for a product that doesn’t work and nonexistent customer service, and I guess no warranty.

Ordered this at first of remodel. Changed some things so just now opening and installing. Verified wired right and had a second opinion. Connections all good but top will not power up. Too late to return/exchange per web page but I called Amazon customer service and they are going to exchange it. Feel much better about buying online thanks to their customer service.

Been using True Induction for 8 years now. Kitchen A is a 2 burner on new build. Kitchen B has a 4 burner on remodel. Both kitchens I ran dedicated 10/3G wiring to my panel and added 30a breakers to each. FYI the 2 burner will run fine on a 110 circuit. Both stove tops have worked flawlessly. I like having the lock feature. Boiling water in seconds. I bet these bad reviews all have bad wiring. If your unsure calm an electrician. If you can know how to use a volt meter, test your outlet first. You want the 4 burner to be able to pull 220v. You can run it in 110 but your not gonna get all 4 burners to run at the same time.

Works beautifully. Fits perfectly in our granite opening (formerly GE model). One word of warning... make sure to wire the provided white on the cook top to the red in your house to get the 220v. Do not wire the white on the cook top to the neutral white in your home. You will not have the correct voltage. So black to black, green to green, and white to red.
