Sound and bass both are good.

Firstly the built quality is very poor, right after taking it out if the box you can feel the cheap plastic and finish. It seems like a 100 rupee headphone when it comes to the sound quality. It is so poor that you can’t even hear it at full volume. I am literally feeling looted because of what I got at this price, please refrain from buying this product from this seller as the product is extremely bad.

Product has many drawbacks: it is very expensive; charging is too long; only one and very inconvenient switch; the light is hidden inside ear cushions; volume is very low; the wire goes inside the headband and presses the head and many other drawbacks

The wireless is defective as the battery doesnt charge evenafter multiple attempts

First time I had bought these headphones way back in 2019. They were good with a little cons worth neglecting. Eventually after wear and tear, one of the headphones stopped working and I bought a new one last month (24th November 2024). However I was greatly disappointed. Firstly the headphones took a long time to get paired with my mobile. Secondly I don't understand why JLAB removed the welcome message which earlier mentioned the words "hello" and then mentioned the battery power remaining. For power off it earlier mentioned a "goodbye" message. Now, it has only two identical musical chimes for power on and power off which are so confusing that you don't know if you have switched the headphones on or off. Thirdly the volume (sound output) of headphones suddenly drops down so low that you cannot hear the audio signals from the source (mobile or mp3 player). I then decided to replace/ return, but there was no such option. Instead Amazon app just directed me to an AI assistant which kept on repeating the same messages for guidance of headphones settings. Offcourse none of them worked. In the end I called up customer care mobile number and requested them to give me a full refund. Thankfully they agreed and I received my full refund. I thank Amazon for their professional service. So, a bad experience for me, but good return service by Amazon.

Lacks bass .. loudness. Sharpness. Quality of sound is like the 90s.. the plastic and build quality isn’t worth 8800 bucks .. feels like a sub 1k product

Aus der Packung genommen: Schlicht, leicht, genau was ich suchte. Pairing ging erstmal nicht. Na gut, zuerst aufladen. Dann funktionierte es sofort! Wahrscheinlich war der Akku vorher fast leer. Soundcheck: Nicht beeindruckend, etwas flach. Nach auswählen der eingebauten Bass-und-Höhen Equalizereinstellung waren die Bässe schon ganz gut, aber etwas aufdringliche obere Mitten und Höhen bei mittlerer und größere Lautstärke. Nun mit 10-Band Equalizer zusätzlich abgestimmt (Android Flat Equalizer - Bass Booster): Knackige Bässe, angenehme Mitten, Höhen ganz nett. Macht Spaß zu hören, z.B. beim laufen, wofür ich sie gekauft habe. Erwartet nur kein "high End" für 20€. Was fehlt mir (nur wenig) zum großen Glück: - keine Lautstärkeregelung - keine "zurück" Funtion, nur "vor". Bin sehr zufrieden!

These are pretty comfortable, fit well and look cool. I did have some ear pain after extended use on one side. There are a black set of ear cushions in the packet. Charging them can be a pain as the micro USB slot is hard to reach. Whilst you can connect these to multiple devices at once, I had issues with audio on windows 10 until I turned off Blutooth on my iPhone or disconnected from it. it seems windows can't handle having the headphones connected to multiple devices, however iOS is fine. These stay connected, and connect quickly. Controls are ok, it's easy to pair, but controls could be better, when pressing the button, you press into your ear, but the button is big and easy to press. There's no voice indication to let you know which EQ mode you are using. Battery life is excellent and they take a couple of hours to charge using the included Micro USB cable. These are light, fit my large head, be aware the do not fold. Microphone quality is fine. Overall you can't go wrong for the price. Just don't expect an audiophile experience.

Très bien ! Mais attention à ne pas perdre un coussinet (ils sont assez larges et peuvent vite se perdre) En tout cas le casque est très confortable et performant
