After a few uses the seams between the metal and the black plastic part of the dispensers started to leak. I purchased 5 and it happened at the same time frame with 2. At first I thought it might've been from the stout but when carefully observing after 15 minutes of sitting I noticed the liquid slowly seeping from the dispenser. It is not built to last and sadly does not carry the volume of liquid it claims to because I did not even fill it to the max. This leak will gradually build the longer the pressure of the liquid sits and eventually a puddle will form within an hour. Not even a year of use, I tried to contact the seller and they refused to do anything about it. A product like this needs more time than that to determine if this is durable enough to sell. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this product and you are not safe with their customer service to solve anything even after providing photos.

I have a small business that sells a lot of chai. These containers are very helpful and work well. Not only do they hold large quantities, but they hold the heat very well for hours. They look elegant and sleek. I don't seem to have the issue with the lid. However, I have only used these for 2 days, so I hope they live up to this review.

Love this dispenser, it keeps any hot beverage hot for hours with no problems. And it looks very clean and nice.However the lid gets stuck easily when you have something hot in it for a while. I don't know if it's the lid being vacuumed sealed on as the beverage begins to cool but it gets really stuck on there if you're not careful. I had to beat the lid off with a hammer for half an hour to loosen it enough to screw it off on multiple occasions. At this point, I convinced that I can run over this thing with a pick-up truck and it will still survive. I recommend not screwing the lid all the way as a result, it will still keep everything warm as intended.Other than the lid getting stuck, it works great and keeps anything inside the same temperature for a long while. And it's really sturdy since I have been using it daily for months and it's still holding like new, even after several beatings with a mallet.

we used this a couple times this year for our tailgating . it kept our hot coco real hot for four hour+...

Bought 2 for a shower. Kept our cold drinks cold all day long in the heat. Easy to clean after. Love it.

I purchased this to take Hot cocoa to my sons school for gift wrap day! I made the cocoa that morning about 10 am. Delivered it by 1:15. It was piping hot and melted the marshmallows perfectly.I will say, the outside of the container did get a little warm, it was not a problem.

The liquid doesn’t quite stay hot. And the spout is a bit shaky so it keeps turning while trying to dispense. The feet also are not very high so you need to put it over the edge of a table to greet the cup under. If it was a lower price I’d say it was ok, but considering how much it costs, I would have saved my money
