5ft Eco-Friendly Oncor Premium Aspen Christmas Tree

This is my first faux tree, and the decision-making process of going in this direction was....way too long and complicated. It all started with trying to figure out how to get a tree into my house without a car. There are services I found that could deliver me a real tree, but not for under $100, and this is a tree we’d have to toss after a month—not a good investment. Then I learned that most real trees, unless from a rare, certified pesticide-free farm, douse their trees in carcinogenic insecticides like glyphosate. Not into that. But on the other hand, I’ve read that most faux Christmas trees release carcinogenic fumes...so it felt like there was no good option. Not for under $400 at least.Then I found this tree.As promised, it had no toxic chemical smell as it was made with recycled materials. I still put it in its own room with the window open to air out because I’m a crazy person, but there wasn’t really a pervasive reason to do so. I preferred an unlit tree so that I don’t have to worry about a whole tree burning out, plus I like to choose my own lights. This 7’ tree is the perfect size for my home with 8’ ceilings. Of course if you look closely at it, it doesn’t look real, but from afar, the only reason you’d suspect it was fake was because of how perfectly shaped it is (something I could maybe change if I fluffed it differently...but I don’t want to). Oh and I love the detail of how the needles are different colors. Gives a much more real look because real needles have an underbelly color that varies from the top of the needle. Not too plasticky/shiny either. I was surprised there wasn’t more to fasten each piece together, but it feels sturdy enough and that seems to be how faux Christmas trees are. Have lost barely any needles, which is great. Haven’t had to store and then re-build it yet, so I guess that’s when loosing needles becomes a thing. But so far, so good.You’ll see in my first photo I put a standard size dining room chair next to it for scale. It feels like a large tree! Then again, I have a somewhat small space.Overall very impressed by its fullness and quality, and love that it’s recycled. I plan on keeping it for years and years to come.

I'm now in my second year using the tree. It looks very full. The initial set-up is quite easy; what takes a few minutes is spreading out each branch to give the tree the more filled-out look. It comes in a very sturdy box that I was able to re-use to store the tree for the next year. I strongly recommend this tree.

It went up in a snap and looks lovely. I also like that I’m not creating more plastic in the world because it’s all recycled. And it’ll last me decades. *No real trees were hurt in the process, which is virtually humane certified.

Since we have an insane little puppy and also because no one could come home for Christmas this year I opted to have only one tree (skipping the big real one in the great room) and to keep it in the dining room. My existing dining room tree was looking a little worse for the wear so I decided to replace it. It was a skinny tree. After reading tons of reviews I ordered this tree as it was between a skinny and a full tree. It made me smile every time I saw it this season. It was the perfect silhouette and the texture of the branches was quite nice. I think we will get many years out of it even after we return to normal.

I love this tree. I wish I would have bought the 8ft one because this one is so beautiful. I expected the stand to be plastic, but it is sturdy metal. I spent about 2 hours fluffing it out, but the more you spend time and fluff it the better it looks. My husband grew up on a tree farm, and he says he loves the shape of this one and that it looks really natural. Every other branch on the two bottom sections separate and fan out to make three, which really gives it a full look. One of my favorite things about this tree is that it is eco friendly and it also has a 40 year guarantee. Really a great bargain.

I haven't had a plastic tree since I was a kid. Due to time constraints, I broke down and ordered this one via Amazon. This is not the plastic trees from the old days. It's really easy to assemble; I did it with my 7 year old who kept telling me how much he loves the tree and that it looks better the real ones from past years. Of course, in some ways it's a little too perfect. Though, it's more narrow at the base than I would prefer (the pictures are accurate) and bit less full looking than the pictures suggest (but then again, so are real life trees). If you're going to go for plastic, at least the plastic on this one has been recycled (at least it makes me feel better). Overall, I would definitely recommend for the price.

i am very chemically sensitive and researched non-pvc trees and couldn't find anything. this tree is recycled pvc and so i hoped that there wasn't going to be a strong voc emission from it because of that. one reviewer said they used gloves just in case so i did that, too, and i also wore a mask while setting it up, but really, no problems. no smell (and i can smell things like a basset hound) and no allergic reactions. i would recommend this tree for sure, and, it is very very very fluffy. ps, the tree does not have a human limb, that's my husband putting a nail into the wall! lol

This is a great tree! I decided to order an artificial tree online, as battling shopping for one in the stores between a 2 yr old and work, just wasnt working out. I appreciate that these trees are made of recycled materials. I GREATLY appreciated the tree arrived a few days early! It was packaged well, as pictured, fills out decently, I would prefer a bit fuller personally, but it matches the photos in my opinion, and overall the quality seems to be there! I am a happy customer! Thank you for offering a great product, providing care and detail in packaging and delivery and for it arriving early!

Needed a tree for the basement. It is excellent for small spaces, it is full, not as full as the picture but pretty close. The tree has a very nice shape, size and colour. It did take sometime to assemble, but the result is worth it. I don’t know what the difference between premium and regular is, but I was very very pleased with the premium. I didn’t buy this tree based on price. I bought it because the pre-lit trees can be unpredictable and sometimes disappointing that is why I prefer to put my own lights on.

Super impressed with this tree! It didn't look like much coming out of the box, but once it was put together and fluffed, I'm super happy with it. I love that it still looks full without being too wide, and 7 feet was is the perfect height for my 8 foot ceiling. I also love the two coloured needles, they look really nice in person! I find this tree quite realistic looking compared to previous trees I've had. I'm glad I came across this one instead of paying a fortune for one at a store. Hopefully it'll last me for years!

Love this little tree. Exactly what I've been wanting. Nice and full with branches. Only 28" wide across bottom. Perfect for smaller spaces. Great quality! Great price!Definitely reccomend

Beautiful tree! Full with lots of branches to separate, sturdy, easy to assemble, great fullness and shape - LOVE! That pic was after round 1 of separating and fluffing and it looks so full! Can’t wait to get the decorations on!

It is a beautifully shaped tree- about 4 feet in diameter, however there were too many needles that fell off just taking it out of the box so I was worried about how long this tree would last. Decided to return it.
