Great for running or wearing under a bike helmet. I have a larger head so after reading the other comments was pleased as it fits me perfectly. My only issue is that it would be even better if it had a ponytail hole at the back. As a glasses wearer it works very well in the rain to keep my glasses dry, top marks from me.

Nice quality hat at a good price. I wanted a hat for walking the dog in all weathers. The skip keeps the wind and rain off my face and the fact that it covers more of my head means it's less likely to blow off my head. I fold the back and sides up if I need to hear traffic or whatever. Very practical and good looking.

Fed up with having my ears feel like they're getting frostbite when I'm running, I thought I'd invest in a hat. No other hat has worked that well for me; it either doesn't cover the ears, or does so with such pressure that it pushes my earphones into my eardrums. This covers the ears without pressure, but does keep them warm. It's quite a generous fit, but (as I'm often told) I have a big head.

Should have gathered this from the photos really but just to clarify the peak is not normal cycling hat peak, more like a baseball cap. It looks odd with a helmet, and even odder without. Also found my hearing was a bit impaired under a helmet as the fleecey bits over the ears are quite thick. Nice and warm though and will be useful in cold wet weather.
