This is my first pair of headphones like this. I'm very pleased so far.The neck band is very comfortable even on collar-less shirts. I was wondering if it would want to slip back or start to rub my neck raw - so far it stays put and doesn't pinch. Easy to forget you have on.The earbuds are comfortable and come with three size choices. The seal is very good and it really blocks out the surrounding sound very well. The sound quality is very good.The volume +- and Prev/Next buttons are the same, so single click is prev/next. Hold to use volume +/-. However, I do keep forgetting which one is +/-. Not sure the manufacturer can fix my memory...Another reviewer mentioned that the device will be listed as SX-991A when setting it up as a Bluetooth device. This wasn't a big deal as there were only a few devices in the area that popped up when I sync'ed it. So figuring out which one I wanted was not an issue.The phone pick up works well. It speaks to you telling you there is an incoming call. Also when disconnecting, you'll get a voice confirmation.The buttons on the collar are easy to identify. The separation between the prev/next buttons is easy to feel. The multi-functional button is also easy to find by feel and works well as play/pause.Voice dial hasn't worked out so well for me. Not sure where the fault lies, but my phone seems a bit confused as to what to do with it. I'll need to play with this a bit more. For now - not quite there.With phone calls, the sound is excellent. The voice pickup is a little tricky. First, I have a beard (long) and apparently that can have a muffling effect. Moving the beard out of the way helps. The mic picks up much better if I lift my head up - looking forward. When looking down, my voice is muffled a bit. Still audible, but more difficult to hear.For my purposes - primarily listening to music, etc. these are very nice and comfortable. I have a tendency to tilt my head towards the collar when talking into the mic - once I break that habit, these should be better for phone usage. Also, at this price point, I am very happy with this.

I had an older version of this product. It worked well, but this one is really better. More comfortable on, and the sound is much better.Manual list the wrong name for the Bluetooth connection. States the Bluetooth connection step #4 says click on the Levin-991A. It actually shows up as SX-991A. Not a real problem.Also the manual lists EQ Shift, but I really couldn't make that work, and contacted Levin. That is not included in the headphones. No big deal, the bass is really good and doesn't need a boost. Those buttons operate as indicated in an above post.The MFB can be used for a phone, but I use these headphones on my iPad. That button will also pull up Siri or stop and start music.A great product.

Sx- 991aWhen i get the these it came in a nice package. Everything wrapped up good. I charged them took about a hour and half to fully charge. After first turning them on i connected them to my device. Connected on first try. Earbuds fit in the ears nice. The device fits around my neck with comfort. They do have great sound. They handle everything i threw at them. For two full weeks i did a full day of play back remarkably they did what they said they would do. I was and I am getting 18 soild hrs of play back. I have even let them sit on stand by and when the say 300hrs they Mean it. The cord is retractable for both the left and right earbud. And i was sure i could get them to fail pulling them out and back in. I am happy to say there is not even a little crackle or hiss in the sound and over abusing them. From charge time to use time they have not failed one bit. And i have had plenty of earbuds that were way more money and these out beat them. Supper happy with these would recommend to anyone for all your listening needs.

These are great headphones! Sound is great, more full than most headphones at this price range. Controls are clear and easy to use. I've been using them for over a week now and battery has been good - I've recharged when it occurred to me, not because of running out, and I use headphones heavily every day.Pros:- great sound- physical on/off switch! (see pic)- retractable headphones have satisfying action both extending and retracting (my kids keep wanting to play with them because of this)- good microphone- good shape on neck (but still fits me despite my having a very large neck)- voice prompts for each actioncons:- When first turning them on, the vibration combined with voice prompt can be loudThese have become my go-to headphones.

We have an earlier version of these headphones, that work really well, so when we needed another set, these were the first choice. With added battery performance, they’re even better! They seem to recharge pretty quickly, as well, which is a very useful feature. They’re comfortable, and the sound quality is reasonable too.

Haven't really had this long, not even a week and I'm really disappointed in the sound quality. People cant hear me talking plus they complain of a buzzing noise ob the other end....Maybe I got a defective one I don't know, will be returning this back to amazon hopefully the second one they send out will be better if not will just get a refund....Update second one same problem people have trouble hearing me, just going to get a refund and buy somewhere else

Amazing sound quality for the price-point (sounds way better than many other pricier alternatives). Bass is nice for the music and calls sound clear and crisp. Plugs in-ear good and stays in providing good seal and exceptional sound.Buttons are intuitively placed and work flawless. Has good feedback mechanism. Battery seems to last for 7+ hours although too early to gauge on average. Overall pretty happy with this product. Good job Levin!Just one thing I noticed when pairing it shows up as SX-991A instead of Levin-991A as listed in included documentation.
