If you have a rebounder this makes for a good exercise tossing the ball and catching it. Heavy so you work your muscles but soft so you don't hurt something if you're not paying attention. Comes in different weights. Gymnic makes too quality products

This Heavymed ball works as advertised. It is sturdy and well-made.

My trainer and I were using this ball (I'm new to this form of training) and when we bounced the ball off the floor it made an awful sound and now it sounds like theres something like glass inside moving around. Obviously not very safe and definitely shouldn't be used in this form. It was ok for moving around my body but not as part of impact training.
