I bought this product for my mother who has a problem with knee pain. After using it for the first time, she felt much better and got rid of her pain a lot. As far as the machine is concerned, its built quality is very good and wires are long enough to use it conveniently. There had no difficulty using the machine and it is working perfectly. It’s a good easy to use at home machine. But don’t expect results in 1st time itself. It’ll give you a relaxing feel but pain will take time. I have been using it for 7 days now. it Will give you relief for mild pain in muscles stiffness or pain. For moderate pain please visit the doctor before doing anything at home. It has good intensity at level 1 also .. and level you can increase upto 9 as per instruction by doc. Before using please ask doc how to use it for mild to moderate pain. Guidance is important before you use as instruction manual is not very specific. I also used wrongly for the first time and it was not good for my body.

I am using this device for lower back pain management. Due to lockdown, work from home had aggravated my lower back pain and did not want to visit physio cause they use a similar device and charge high prices for visit. My pain has improved with use of the device for upto an hour every day. Some people may find attaching pressure pads on body a bit difficult especially in the back where it is hard to reach. Overall the device is one of the higher quality ones that are available in the market in this price range. I also received a call from the supplier regarding how I am using the product and if it has benefited me. This was a good gesture from the manufacturer.

Very good product in this price, using it from past 1 week for neck and shoulder pain easy to to use. The littile bit problem is with stripe that is very short but we can manage it with using cello tape so that is not a big issue and wonderful part is very long wires so no need to connect any extension chord, very portable product in a handy box. And the most important part is that seller is very genuine replying emails and connecting through call. Over all budget friendly product giving relief in pain no need to go physiotherapist every day to spend money and time. Must Buy Product.

Purchased this machine in 2021 for Planter Fascitis pain. After 3 months of use, all Plantar Fasciitis pain went away. Now after 4 years, got frozen shoulder pain ... reopened this machine and now using for shoulder pain. It's very sturdy and powerful machine.

Hi, It is a nice little product delivered by Amazon as promised. It is easy to operate. Very simple. It has been effective for relieving pain in the calf muscle and shoulder. The only disappointment is there is no proper mechanism to hold the sensors to your body. A universal flat welcro belt wold have been very ideal. As this is missing, it becomes a little messy to handle the connectors. Otherwise from a handling and effectiveness point of view, this is quite a good product.
