FINALLY!!!
Finally!!! I have finally found that North African flavor I have been missing!! I dont know why McCormick discontinued the smaller jar of this that was available in grocery stores, but I'm so glad I found it here!! My husband is from Algeria and he absolutely loves this seasoning. It's the closest flavoring to what he remembers from home! We have tried other "ras el hanout" seasonings and nothing comes close to the McCormick brand! You can definitely tell they use fresh and high quality ingredients to make this seasoning!

Great, especially with a small adjustment
As many have noted, this dish leans heavy on the cinnamon, which is great in certain dishes. I love adding it “as is” to couscous. For chicken though, I like to pump it up with a bit of smoked paprika to give it a more savory taste. It’s a great base and allows you to adjust for your personal tastes and applications.

Very accurate spice blend to authentic Moroccan dishes
I purchased it to try a few Moroccan dishes; it turns out to be very versatile for tagine and marinating many meats. I'm currently in Morocco as I write this review and must say, the spices are very accurate to authentic Moroccan spices. Love it!
