This was advertised to regulate blood sugar levels. After taking one pill, my husband's level went from 182 to 245! Then after another pill 24 hours later, it went to 300!!!!!! If I could I would give it ZERO STARS!!!! I tried returning it and you have go through an act of Congress to get your money back. BUYER BEWARE!!

I can't detect any improvement from taking this supplement for the past 3 months.
I can not detect a change from taking this supplement. My glucose measurements don't seem to be impacted. The cost / benefit for this supplement does not justify my continued use. This works great for a friend of mine, not for me. I also do not have any negative reactions to this supplement.

1 pill short last two bottles.
I think this product has been helping my blood sugar. It is expensive tho, and I opened my new supply today, and it was 1 pill short..29 instead of thirty, so was last months...at this price that is not a good thing.
