Heater giving electric shock in the water
heater glass cracked in the tank with in few days of purchase. Received replacement product again on 18 July, 2024. It worked fine for few days. Now the heater is giving electric shock in the water. Replacement period is already over on 25th July. I can not use this product anymore. Not satisfied with the purchase. Hope the company takes action to resolve the issue.

The media could not be loaded. Hi i have got this heater yesterday , and it's working so well actually the only precaution is need to take it, start it in tank only don't check it out side it may burst.
