Great Guide - Top Notch
This is the second David Busch guide I bought. The first was for the Nikon D810. Both of these guides are wonderful. They are comprehensive, easily understandable and wonderfully illustrated. Nikon should include a David Busch guide with every camera it sells. If you want to learn the mechanics of your camera and where things are located, this is the book for you. Every control is explained in detail. My D810 and D750 are both professional cameras. They are capable of so much. They are also complicated. David's books will take away whatever anxiety you have about what's what on the camera or what your options are. Do yourself a favor and get whatever book David has written specifically for your camera. In my case Nikon has placed the controls differently on each camera. It can get confusing. If you are new to DSLRs, David's books are indispensable.

Truely written specifically for the Nikon D750
I was concerned that although it has a photo of a D750 on the front cover, it would be rather generic and not really be written specifically for the D750; I was wrong. It is a very thick book and truly written for the D750. One thing I really liked is the author provides detailed recommended camera settings for different shooting situations. It is great for both a beginner and advanced photographer. Very informative, written clearly and with occasional humor. A great book...I wish I had such a book when I was shooting with my earlier D700 and D300.

NIKON D750 Guide for Everyone !
David Busch has a very clear knowledge of how to write a book that is easy to understand for the beginners and advanced photographer. The index is easy to use and find items quickly. This book has everything that the NIKON Users manual has but it is clearly explained for even the beginning photographer with examples and charts. Even advanced photographers can very rapidly find answers because of the excellent Chapter indexing and often with photos and graphs. This is one of the best written Camera Guide books I have ever read by a good margin.

D Busch's Nikon 750 Guide.
Comprehensive book but a great pity that it was only available in Kindle format. That is the reason for not rating it as five star. It is approx. 450 pageslong! I also posses the Canon D70 II and the Nikon 610 books,I like David Busch's explanations.

Excellent
Complete & detailed yet easy to read and find subject matter. I was happy to find a good used copy of this guide for a great price. High quality printing and paper. As good the previous volume on the Nikon D700. The author knows how to concisely and clearly communicate useful information about the D750.

Outstanding Book!
If you own this camera, this book is a tremendous resource. It not only explains each and every button, nob and setting in understandable language, it goes into how to actually use these settings, nobs and buttons. No regrets buying this.

Good guide, BUT
Good guide, BUT: there is no provision to use the index to access subjects! This is an electronic document without the advantages. AND: the book does not allow searches! This is very disappointing and limiting! It excludes 2 of the best reasons to use Kindle!! This could be and should fixed!!

Great manual. . .I mean book
Great insightful book. This is my first full frame camera that I plan to start using professionally. It can be intimidating with all the menus and buttons. I have only read a couple of chapters so far and have learned quite a bit. I am glad I bought this book, it is easy and you are able to skip around.

A marvellous book
David Busch certainly knows his stuff. This book has all the information you will ever need. It goes into plenty of detail about the 750, how to set it up and use it to take good photos and video by recommending the menu settings to use for different scenarios. It also describes lots of other useful stuff such as histograms, bracketing, HDR, in-camera post processing, how to use on- and off-camera flash and accessories, a chapter about lenses and lots, lots more. There are plenty of really nice illustrations to help with explanations. This excellent book is pitched at an intermediate level and assumes some familiarity with Nikon dSLR cameras although some of the more basic stuff is included in appendices. If you are totally new to the D750 FX camera I would recommend that you also get Rob Sylvan's 'Nikon D750 From Snapshots to Great Shots' book. You don't have to read it cover to cover. If you are an impatient reader like me with a short attention span you will be pleased to know that you can be selective and study a particular topic about the camera or shooting or editing technique that you would like to know more about and always come back again later for more. It has 550 pages compared with around 300 pages for many of the other books about the 750, enabling it to cover much more ground in considerably more detail, but is still easy to read.

Fabulous Book
Excellent reference book, particularly when used in conjunction with the manual. It is written in a very digestible style and, rather than reading from cover to cover, I have used it to help me understand elements of the camera and menu system as they arise. Accessories are covered pretty comprehensively too. For example, I bought an SB-700 flash to go with my D750 and wanted to try using it remotely, fired from the built in flash on the camera, but without the built in flash affecting the lighting. This book explains the settings needed on the D750 to achieve this painlessly. The price is very reasonable too, given the wealth of information and real world examples presented. One very small criticism would be the lack of direct page number referencing. References within the text are presented as chapters rather than page numbers, so you have to thumb through all the pages of that referenced chapter to find the referenced item. But I can easily forgive this!Anyway, great book which has helped me tremendously getting to grips with the intricacies of the D750.
