Can this be used to hold down refrigerator liners?

It doesn't hold so for a temporary use, it might. It did NOT work for my application, so I sent it back.

No, I think they will pop off . But just try it see

Can it be used underwater for mounting lights in a pool?

Short answer- I wouldn’t bet on it. I bought this tape to mount something on my shower wall, on ceramic tile. I used an absurd amount of tape and it still falls off every two weeks and I have to remount it. I’d look for waterproof liquid nails or similar

Will this tape hold up to the inside heat of a car when used on rear window?

I bought this tape to hold a spacer for the sides of my stove, so crumbs wouldn’t fall in between my stove and counter top, so I don’t know if it would work for you
