erod BEME International Battery Power Kit

I ordered this to go along with the BEME electronic drapery rod. As I was not sure if I would be able to hide the wires, but with little help I was able to conceal the wires. So I had no use for this battery kit, In all this process I went over 30 days of return policy but I never used the battery kit even though I opened the packaging.I contacted Amazon rep and I was not expecting at all that it would be super easy to have return authorization, not only he authorized my refund but also sent me return label to my email address right away. Way to go "Micah". You certainly made me a happier customer who would be returning to Amazon for future purchases.Regards,

WARNIGDo not buy this product, you will be extremely disspinted. I order this to replace the missing cable. It is a plastic box with regular battery posts, that's all fine and dandy, but I had to place card board and tape inside so the batteries would line up where they are supposed to be and I still have to tap it to make it work. The reason I am giving this 2 stars is because there customer service contacted me and offered to send me a replacement or cable without any issues or charges. Thank you Jeremy Valkoun from Erod. One last note the Erod itself is amazing.

This thing is HUGE and takes a lot of batteries. My fear is that if you don't check any corrosion in time, it will end up running down the walls. We ended up returning it and just tucking the power cord behind the curtain, you can't even see it.

LOVE the erod! This is an amazingly simple yet SO helpful item! I've got a window that is 25' high in the air (above another window) and this really helps block out the sun and looks great! Having the battery on the wall rather than seeing a cord (plus extension cable) dangling down is fantastic! Great idea!!! Thanks erod!

It is bigger than I was expecting, but it does the job well

Works just as promised. One of the eRods is a bit fussy with the remote, but otherwise great.

Nothing special or fancy about it. Just a battery case that holds 8 D-cell batteries to replace the 12V adapter in the erod. Has 2 holes in the back for wall mounting. Overall length is about 9 inches.

I love the rods and Battery back up option.
