Good iron
I ordered this but it didn't fit the station that I purchased it for (my fault)... so I modified it to work and it does well!

Great soldering iron and just what I needed.
I needed a 6 pin iron. Something I needed and 5 pin irons were everywhere and now this six pin showed up. It works well with my hot air, soldering iron combination unit. The temp on the display is a little wonky but will still do the job. Saved my day.

Nice design
Ergonomic design, perfect weight, very comfortable. I’d love to use it in my station; unfortunately, is incompatible with it.

pretty hecking wonderful but...
this is a really good replacement iron but it has a similar issue to my old handle that broke, it's made out of just as brittle plastic and I expect it to break after a year or so of use. But it's good enough to get you by.

Works great
Bought it as a spare/backup/extra for my 853D. I keep a different tip on it and use it mainly for desoldering.

6 pin DIN plug
This was the only iron that would replace the Sealody iron that has a 6 pin DIN. So far so good.

Does not fit as advertised
It claims to be a direct replacement for the one I have which fell apart. This on looks identical but the plug is very cheaply made and the size of the holes for the pins are very small. So be aware of that. You may have to reuse the plug off of your old one if you have one.
