INTERIM REVIEW! I've only done Level 1 (of 7) so far. I'll update my review as I progress through the DVD.I've been following Joe's "Lean in 15" food and exercise books for just over 2 months now and really enjoy the lifestyle change. I'm grateful to Joe for providing HIIT routines for free on YouTube, but I've heard several people speak positively about his DVD so I thought I'd give it a try. There are 7 levels for you to progress through as your fitness improves. Don't let this fool you into thinking Level 1 is a walk in the park though! Because of the nature of HIIT workouts, the idea is you push yourself as hard as you can go. This means it's challenging for beginners and fitness experts alike. I consider myself to be reasonably fit, but Level 1 still felt fairly tough. If you are totally new to exercise, please be careful. I know of a lady who sprained her wrist after attempting Level 1 of this DVD. Go easy, don't feel you need to keep up with Joe. Rome wasn't built in a day.The warm up and cooldown routines included on this DVD are far superior to the ones on YouTube. They are much more comprehensive and I'm sure they will help people avoid injury. You do dynamic stretches for the warm up, then it's mostly static stretches for the cooldown. In my opinion, the DVD is worth getting just for these improved cooldown routines. I'm used to Jillian Michaels' Ripped in 30 DVD, but I find she doesn't have sufficient calf stretches and I have to do my own separately at the end. Joe's cooldown doesn't have this problem. One minor gripe - Joe's cooldown includes quad stretches laying down. If your balance is OK, you may get a more effective stretch by doing a standing quad stretch. The production values on this DVD are very good and Joe offers plenty of tips to help you have good technique. He's also very encouraging. I like that Joe gets out of breath - he doesn't pretend that his routines are easy. It helps me relate to him.Lastly, this DVD is excellent value for money. When I bought it, it was around £4 to £5. Bargain.

Do not buy!!!!
I just got the DVD and tried to play it. It says "disc error". Very dissatisfied and disappointed . I wish I had read previous reviews complaining about the same problem.
