Excellent thermometer -- we use it for baking bread (temperature of water and dough)
We use the thermometer for measuring the temperature of water and dough when baking bread. It works great and is wonderfully accurate. We tried before a digital thermometer and this had a very difficult time to measure the water temperature -- the values fluctuated and jumped.We are very happy with the Labco Thermometer as we trust it 100%. We also used it to calibrate the temperature in our fridge the other day.Great.

did not know my house was 65 degrees
our house is kept at 76 degrees, but even after setting at room temp for 24 hours it is off by over 10 degrees. They are not worth the money. I really need to send them back. But that would mean a trip to UPS. I am lazy, will chalk it up to not knowing who I was buying from

Misrepresented Length
Thermometer is no where near 406 mm in length. It's about 300 mm. Product description is inaccurate and if the length is important, as it was in my case, don't recommend.
