Review: Great quality - Heavy pan, really great for double handed pasta flipping for the whole family.
Review: Very good pan but not great for Induction hob - It's a very nice pan , the shape is perfect for sauteing but the heat transmission is slow and frustrating using my induction hob. I think it's the size of the stainless steel plate at the bottom that is too small and it struggles to irradiate the heat to the rest of the pan? Anyway I have a try-ply stainless steel 24cm pan that heats up more quickly and at medium temperature is much more responsive and hot that this one. Disappointing give the "Aluminum induction line" title of the product.

It's a very nice pan , the shape is perfect for sauteing but the heat transmission is slow and frustrating using my induction hob.
