Not a pilates mat!
The idea is good however the resistance tubing doesnt have alot of resistance for someone with strengthen and felt that trying to get feet in between pole and straps difficult as i struggle with flexibility. Also the pilates mat is actually a yoga mat.For the money i could just invest on arm and leg springs.
