How many boxes will be shipped? It says pack of 3, so expecting 3 boxes.

When I ordered hair color from them I received three boxes.

Please confirm if this hair color is old packing/version? Revlon made changes and launched new version; new #20 is a lot more brown than black.

I don't know about the black hair color. I bought the medium blonde color and i am very happy with it. Sorry I couldn't answer your question.
