Q: How exactly do i adjust the band?

I don't know how to adjust the band. This was not good quality.

Q: how large is this wig cap?

This weave cap is adjustable, but very comfortable and airy. Some mesh caps are good for weaving but if you have a lot of hair you may still be good with this stretch weaving cap. I have a couple of different types, this is the best so far as far as fitting and feeling airy while wearing as compared to other mesh caps that feel like you were wearing a hat once you take your wig off.
