Got the black medium ones for a Dexter costume. No smell when opening so unsure what the other review was about. And I have like a bloodhound nose so for sure woulda smelled it. They fit great and that soft lining goes all the way inside. My 14 yr old wanted to use these “OJ” gloves for trick or treat to go with his Freddy Kruger costume since it was so cold out, and they even fit well under the knives glove. Not bulky at all. And upon returning he said “these are really nice gloves”. It was super windy and really cold and his hands were fine. Going to order a second pair because he now wants some. Not sure how they’ll do in rain or snow because it didn’t rain and snow is about a month away still. But great for just when it’s cold out!

Surprisingly great quality for such a low price! Used it for a costume. They are warm to wear.

Cosplayer here! I tend to review stuff thoroughly/harshly in case other cosplayers are looking at reviews and need pros and cons from another cosplayer perspective. The problems I state might sound insignificant or nit-picky to most people, but to a cosplayer they are pretty important, and that's who I'm reviewing these things for! Visually, these gloves are lovely- they look pretty much exactly like the pictures. I use them for Resident Evil 8's Karl Heisenberg and Marvel's Doc Ock. They're very pretty and comfy when they're on, but I do have a couple of problems with them. First, when I remove the gloves, the entire inside comes out no matter what I do- trust me, I've tried every different way of taking them off that I can think of and it never fails. Then it takes forever to try and get the fingers of the insert back in the gloves, I've even had to have a few people help on several occasions and they were unable to get the insert back in because the lining is so thick. Second, the seam on the tip of the fingers is crazy bulky. You are able to type on a phone with them on, but you have to use the long-acrylic-nail method of typing. Even though my fingers are in the glove all the way, with the thick lining and the bulky seam, it's difficult to select the correct letters. I have to take the gloves off to deal with anything thin as well: money, business card, etc. Third, they are SUPER warm. I know they're meant to be warm, but I've been out to the RenFest in close-to freezing temperatures wearing these and my hands were sweating like crazy (which makes the problem of taking them off even more difficult). If you're wearing these inside a convention center with a costume (that is probably already hot), these gloves will be very impractical without some sort of barrier between your skin and the lining. Maybe wear rubber gloves under them? Overall, I do recommend these gloves, they are visually stunning, BUT keep in mind what's been said about the lining. I REALLY wish these could come with an option of no-lining or to somehow sew the lining to the fingertips to keep it stable because it's really aggravating. I think I'm going to have to cut the lining out because I can't afford to be in the middle of a convention, having to take my gloves off to get money out for something then struggling to get out of peoples' ways, trying to maneuver my prop and merchandise while I try to shove the gloves somewhere because I can't put them back on without having to stand there and use a pen to shove each finger of the insert back into the glove.

I bought these as gifts for my son and his friends for Christmas. They were all very pleased with them and wore them to the Christmas lights at the zoo and said they were warm. It was only in the mid 40's and we have no humidity. Not sure how long they will last or how durable they are but they looked very nice and fit well.

The gloves themselves are great,but we're two small for my husband hands. I gifted them to someone else though no losses here. The color was perfect black pair, they arrived on time, gloves were soft leather with an insulation inside.

I absolutely love these gloves! I'm doing a devil Ghost Face costume for Halloween this year, and I needed some gloves to finish the look. These were just what I needed! They are super comfortable, and fit me perfectly (I got XXL and I have pretty wide/chunky hands). They are definitely warm but work wonders. I also didn't have the finger issue a lot of people were saying - I could get my hand out just fine without the insert turning inside out. Actually, the only issue I had is the smell out of the bag - it was like a weird, almost chemically smell haha. But I'll probably just wipe em off and it'll be fine. All in all HIGHLY pleased with my purchase!

My husband loves his gloves he has very cold hands they really made his hands feel warm The thickness of the gloves was everything he was looking for and they also had amazing grip The lip was right on point the fit was awesome. So needless to say it really work for him it's not everyday type of material but it makes sense when it starts to really get cold

This piece of clothing exceeded my expectations. The material feels high quality and durable, yet it's incredibly comfortable to wear. It's well-made with attention to detail, and it fits just right. On top of that, it looks great—stylish enough to dress up or down. Definitely a wardrobe favorite!

I like these gloves

The gloves are great, they are comfortable and made well. Although they are a big bigger than my hands. One issue is the smell, smells like catpiss inside and I washed it plenty of times but it just won't go away, and the smell gets stuck to your hands.

The glove are well made and fit well too.
