Blunt!
This is the bluntest knife I have ever owned, no amount of sharpening will bring it to life. I have used a Sabatier fish filleting knife for the past 50 years and wanted a replacement. This knife is nowhere near the standard of my old knife, it does not have the flexibility for filleting fish that my old knife has and together with being blunt is of no use for anything!
