The convenience of having it at home makes it so I can hang and see how far i can pull up several times a day.The bar itself seems well made, the cushioned grips feel good to hang from and don't wear on my hands like the pull up bars at the gym. It's really easy to hang it on the door frame and it feels really sturdy. I was somewhat worried about my door trim holding it up because i weigh about 300 pounds, but there have been zero issues so far.
