I have trouble swallowing pills.** A: I coat large pills with a liquid cooking oil. Any will do. I use olive oil. That way most any pill will easily slide down your throat. Another thing is to take your pills right after eating when your throat is already open more. It really makes swallowing pills a lot easier. A friend of mine puts his pill in applesauce and he says that he hardly notices that he has taken a pill. **Q: What kind of gelatin are these?** A: I assume you are asking which bone this is made from. Ya que los resultados en cualquier suplemento no siempre son instantáneo, sino lleva su proceso de adaptación. Pero el componente de la cápsula se ha consumido en otros alimentos y se vio resultado. Espero actualizar dentro de un mes y medio. O ya con una conclusión de varios meses para dar una acertada respuesta.
