Great movie, there's a lot of young actor's that became great later on in life.

A fine addition to my collection.

Saw this movie as a kid. The movie doesn't follow the story 100%, but probably as well as most Hollywood versions.

It arrived early, the price was very good.

If you watch all the Jesus movies ever made like I'm trying to before Easter, I can say that this one is the most scenic and has the most serious Jesus. It is deeply thoughtful and very sophisticated. The majestic emotive music is perfect and the sets are sumptuously designed.Many times the movie looks like a painting playing out in reality. Especially when you see the camels and horses or the background of mountains and lakes. Jesus has such kind blue eyes but he seems to be a bit of a man of sorrows like the Bible says.The line that stood out most in my mind was: "For what shall it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his own soul." I think it is one thing to watch these movies and be impressed by Jesus, but it is another thing to actually believe what he said and try to follow his teachings. That is life changing.I'm glad one of my friends told me about this movie. I can see why now and I can highly recommend it. Only one issue was when Judas died it was not how the Bible stated he did which seemed strange. Why did they differ on that? It added nothing to the story to make such a change!~The Rebecca Review

It was an incredible film about Jesus. Beautiful and a must for all Christians to have.
