I like it better than CDJ's
This is a solid workhorse for professional DJ's. CDJ's are great for burning man due to their ability to change out decks in case of failure. Other than that, I love this controller a bit more for the sake of speedy setup and feel. I rip through 5 hour sets and love the feel, effects and reliability. With that said, I do feel like I overpaid for these decks. The price was $200 cheaper in a lot of places. Still very happy with the purchase and loving them.

Anyone who thinks this feels cheap is delusional. This feels about as good as a nx2 setup in terms of build quality

Amazing product 👏 I'm really glad that I bought it! For years to stay..
Absolutely love the product, the unit all in all is just what you can ever need, the mixer is just next level have everything you need and full kill EQ is amazing option and the effects is perfect and always with pioneer and with this unit you have all effects more than you can use, I actually treat this unit not as a control but as a full setup, I used cdjs all my life and truth is I see no difference I just see more options I connected my turn tables and now using 4 channels and I'm so happy that I have this unit, don't be tricked by other products that have more technology and less efficient, if you need extra you can always connect you laptop for more, but djing is not about technology it's about how efficiency and how to be an artist not about big screens... Also the seller was very professional 👌

My best tool ever, but overpriced and the software and support is horrible
I love it, because I am having the best time spinning on this system, however, the software (Rekordbox) is horrible, the driver is nonsense (windows), no Linux support at all (I had to buy a separate PC because I am a Linux user), and the support is rude, unhelpful. You would expect for this money you'll get premium support, but basically, there's no support at all, just excuses.

I actually returned it after few weeks. It's a great controller, working as advertized and build with quality, for DJ parties and clubs. Only issue is that it is outdated and not fully compatible with latest DJ Link, the Pioneer protocol to link different hardware. It will not beat-sync with the DJS-1000 for example (only tempo sync). We're hoping for a XZ-2 in 2024/early 2025
