A: Per the label: capsule is vegetable cellulose, rice flour. And contains shellfish as inactive ingredients. It does not state if any of the active ingredients are procured from the 3 sources you inquire.

A: I don't know about recall but I bought this product few months ago and have no problem using its.

A: Don't know about Ball & Hip joint relief because I don't have those issues. However, I get great relief for my knees. Got to take every day as recommended to have it work.

A: There are no gluten containing ingredients in this product, however it is manufactured and packaged in a facility which may also process milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, fish and crustacean shellfish.

This product really works. I take three capsules once a day and I feel the difference in the way my knee feels, I have a lot less pain. And while I love the way this product works, I am not pleased with the taste or the smell of the capsules. The capsules tend to stick to my tongue making it a little difficult to swallow, and there is a distinct odor when you open the bottle. I wonder if the manufacturer considered using gel caps to eliminate this issue. Gel caps would be easier to swallow even if the capsules are large.
