This coffee is great! I bought this for my wife as a gift. She is a coffee guru. We spent some time in Guatemala a few years ago and she fell in love with the local coffee over there. I thought I would give this brand a shot to see if it was the same as what we had in Guatemala. It was a hit with my wife! It has the exact same taste as the local brew. I will definitely be buying this bag again. Thank you Two Volcanoes for brining back the memories we had in Guatemala.

Order arrived in two days. I bought on recommendation of a website for use with a French Press. Usually pre-ground coffee is ground too fine for use with French Press. The website indicated that Two Volcanoes was not ground as fine and was ideal for use with the French Press. I am still experimenting with water to coffee ratio and brew time but each pot I've made has had a great flavor for both cappuccinos and lattes. Will definitely purchase again.

I am not an expert when it comes to coffee, but I love my coffee.I was previously disappointed by other purchases of premium coffee on Amazon -- even some blue mountain coffees, but when it came to this, I was fully satisfied.My first reaction was, "wait, this coffee tastes so different". But on my second sip onwards, wow... I think I am addicted to this. Deep, complex and rich. I love my coffee strong and this coffee IS strong -- yet without the bitter after taste.I think I am drinking too much of this for my own good... oh... the craving!

I am really enjoying the coffee...the best part for me is that it's organic! The packaging needs to be clearer that these roasted beans are completely organic...that's a huge sell for me. There's been a lot of negative articles on non-organic coffee.I am somewhat of a coffee snob, so for me this is a medium to medium strong coffee that goes down velvety smooth. I am really enjoying the flavor, and it could even be stronger for me...but I am very satisfied with it!

Mild tasting coffee compared to others that I've purchased off of Amazon but good flavor nonetheless. I overlooked the fact that this coffee was already ground in the packaged so I was a bit disappointed when it arrived but that was my fault and I tried it anyway to give it a proper evaluation. I liked the flavor but it was way too mild for my taste since I am a dark roast, strong flavor, low acidic bean type person. I didn't let it go to waste however and gave it to a friend of mine that likes this type of coffee so it's on to taste testing other blends...dm

Drinking

The packaging is excellent. The coffee is very good... if you like dark coffee. I love very dark, deeply flavored, which this promised to be. My friends, who do not like my very dark deep coffee loved this and raved about it... so I gave it to them. For my tastes, it was dark in color but it was not strong enough, deep enough in an espresso-like coffee way, as many reviews promised it would be. Just so you know, its NOT espresso, its not as deeply flavored as other Guatemalan coffees I've tried. But my friends drank it and did like it.

The coffee is very good for my new French press. The coffee is very smooth. I think it is worth buying absolutely. And the caffeine strength is effective for studying.
