My dogs absolutely love these!! And my chihuahua eats through every single toy/ "long-lasting" chew bone I've given him. But these last forever for him; he's been working on it for months! And animal-friendly (they only use shed antlers according to the packaging). Higher price, but they're worth it!

My dog loves it! I would take it away and give it to them during selected times (this goes for any toy). If we leave it out she becomes disinterested but if we only give it to her a couple hours a day that's ALL she does, chew.It also lasts a mega long time and doesn't leave any weird residue or crumbs. It literally just slowly disintegrates. I would recommend this for dogs who love to chew. I've bought toys for $10 that she destroys within 2 weeks. We're approaching 2 months with this antler and it's still got a lot of life left in it.

I purchased this product almost a year ago and completely forgot about doing a review. With that said, my own 2 dogs (12-year old yorkie-poos) were never interested in the Buck Bones I bought for the them. I had purchased 2 small whole antlers and neither dog was interested enough to actually being chewing the antler. The owner of the company originally followed up with me by email and when I mentioned that there was no interest, he sent me 2 split antlers...unfortunately there was still no interest. However after seeing the antlers sit in the exact same place every day for months untouched, I decided to give the split antlers to my brother for his two 3-year old shepherd -mix dogs. BOY oh BOY! His 2 dogs loved them!!! My brother also mentioned that the antlers were doing a great job of cleaning their teeth. He had planned to take them to the vet for teeth cleaning but because of their interest in the Buck Bone, he no longer needed to do so.

Omg where do I start? I purchased this bone for my daughters small dog and while I was wrapping presents MY DOG who hates bones would not leave this bone alone so I gave it to her and she LOVED IT! The added benefit was that her once nasty teeth which no teeth cleaning bones would clean are now BEAUTIFUL! This bone is organic, clean and cleans teeth beyond imagined! I will purchase again! Well worth the money!

Got these fast and they look great. My two small dogs loved them the first day, but are already over them. They sorta look at them and carry them around and chew a bit and lose interest, even if left in the crate with them. And that's my teething puppy, who will chew on rocks! Maybe this isn't the fault of the product? But just not the thing my dogs like. Disappointed as I was really hoping it would keep them busy.

My Chihuahua/Terrier/Kangaroo is a really picky eater. He couldn't get to chewing on the first one fast enough and has loved it down to the nubbin. My only thing is - I bought the second one and he barely chews it. But this seems to be his pattern. He's driving me bats trying to feed him too. It seemed kind of expensive, but I don't know how much it costs to produce one. I also bought some deer antlers and they seems to be hard as rocks, so he seldom even tries to chew on them, but they were cheaper in price. I think it is a good, healthy product; it's just my %^*(( picky dog that doesn't seem too interested in them. Only things he's interested in are what in mom's mouth, what he finds on the ground outside, is mom cooking' me chicken(?).

Technically, this is exactly as described. However, it’s rather worthless to my dog. While it is a piece of an antler, the outer shell is so dense and impenetrable that my dog can not break through it to get to the marrow.She bites down on the edges of the cylindrical shape in an effort to get to the Boney part.I’ve purchased these before and love them. They usually last 6-9 months but this one is utterly worthless.I’m thinking about using sandpaper to make it more appealing but worried about the effects of that.

One of my dogs loves this. I ordered two for both, but the only time one of my dogs has interest in this bone is when it wants to steal it from the other dog because she is a brat. But my other dog LOVES it and goes to town chewing on it. It is so convenient at night when we give it to her to chew on while watching our tv shows because it distracts her. The only down side is she chewed it on my bed one time and the marrow in the center gets on things so if your dog attacks the center trying to get the marrow portion, make sure they chew it on the floor. It's not a huge mess, its just gross. One of my dogs loves it though!

MY Deerhound 6 month old puppy and HUGE …. was given this yesterday. He has fallen completely out of love with me, and spent 2 hours yesterday, holding this wondrous item … gnawing at it, grinding his teeth against it, and taking it into his crate/cosy nook .. where he has been snoozing with his head resting on it … at which point I removed it gently for tomorrow's 2 hour trip to heaven!!This is a magnificent item, obviously clean, authentic, a natural way for a large dog to soothe those teeth that are trying to get through, and it kept him occupied and very diligently so extraordinarily well. I was recommended this and am so happy I went for it. I shall definitely order another onre of the same size ..which was LARGE. I must mention how amazing this company were when I mis ordered first time round, and got a small antler chew… I returned it and they could'y haver been more helpful, and refunded me within hours of my posting it back ..and have sent me intelligent communications … THIS is the sort of Company that I like to deal with … great honest products, which are what they say they are…and no problems. This is by far the best chew we have bought for our Daschund. Theres not many things that are Daschund proof! Much better than hide or compressed hide or fake twigs with impregnated wood odour which tended to get demolished in a day or two, or large bits would come of and cause a choking hazard. The antler is good quality provides plenty of interest. They are a little more expensive but well worth it.

I bought these for my my 4 month old Frenchies who go crazy over them. I chose the whole pieces as this would help them rotate to strengthen jaws. After 1 week they are only now starting to get to some of the bone marrow. The pointed antlers are not great for puppies hence 4 star. They do not smell which is great!

My dog is no foodie and after taking it briefly in his mouth showed no further interest. I am going to give it to a friend who has a Jack Russell called Dolly, I know she will be delighted.

Mein Pomeranian ist ein Riesen Fan von und liebt es an dem Knochen rum zu knabbern. Ich glaube zwar er wird für immer brauchen um ihn je auf zu knabbern aber das ist ja gut, da hat er immer eine Beschäftigung. Also der Knochen erfüllt seinen Zweck und mein Hund ist glücklich. Was will man mehr?

J'ai reçu l'os a mâcher, rapidement, un peu lourd pour mon chihuahua de 4 mois mais il va grandir. Parfait pour mon petit chiot il joue beaucoup avec. Surtout se fait les dents dessus.

My dog loved this but I think they are too small for my Labrador. He swallowed a few whole so I stopped buying them. Nothing wrong with the brand.
