Get this over pwr + scam
I got this charger because I needed it for my Acer Nitro 5 and previously had the pwr+ cord which not only was nearly $20 more it also broke the first week do to the tip breaking also this one was cheaper and the tip is sturdy

Perfect, fast shipping.
My puppy chewed through my charging cord for my Acer Nitro laptop. This charger is perfect, does the trick! The tip is a little long but it charges my laptop without running hot which is all I really need from a laptop charger. Would definitely buy again.

NOT powerful enough for Predator Helios 300
Absolutely not Sufficient power. We have a standard Acer predator Helios 300, the black and red version. The original charger is a 19.5 V 9.2 amp charger. This happens to be a 19 V 7.1 amp charger meaning it provides power to the laptop and that’s it. There’s nowhere near enough power to charge the battery, so the laptop can only be used while plugged in. As soon as you start a game, it powers off, even when plugged in. Returning. Not as advertised.

I needed this bad my charger died to my laptop I have a nitro 5 gaming laptop I usually play sims on it but I really need it for my homework. definitely beats paying 100 to 200 dollars for a replacement.

wrong voltage for a "new" model Predator
Description states it will work for the PH315-52 PH315-51, and it does....sorta. It will charge the battery but is not enough wattage to get any real use out of the gpu or cpu in this computer. Correct voltage is suppose to be 180 watts and 9.25 amps.
