Soooo....I have always been a fennel freak. I know, not something you hear every day ;) But, I truly love the flavor. I chew fennel seeds after every meal to help with digestion, and I was ecstatic to learn that they made fennel tea! I tend to sip this tea after a heavy meal- it helps me in the same way that chewing the seeds do, just far more deliciously :)I am not making any claims, but for me personally, I find chewing fennel seeds or drinking this tea after heavy meals really settles my stomach. I will keep repurchasing this delicious tea again and again!!!
