I’ve been using the Cuzor Mini UPS 12V for my Wi-Fi router for over 4 years now, and it has been a game-changer for seamless connectivity during power outages. ​What I loved: ​Reliability: Provided continuous, uninterrupted power to my 12V router for 4 straight years without any issues or drops in performance. ​Battery Replacement Service: After 4 years of daily heavy use, the internal batteries eventually drained. I contacted Cuzor's service team for a battery replacement, and the process was smooth, hassle-free, and very quick. ​Build & Convenience: Compact design that stays out of the way and operates silently in the background.

Works as intended. Yet to replace battery, will update the review accordingly if not satisfied. Battery backup is good. Easy to install as well. Works well with Airtel router providing around 3 hours backup at least.

On contacting service they arranged a replacement and took back the non-functioning unit for root cause analysis. The replacement unit has been working without any hassles. I get more than 4 to 5 hours of backup for Tplink Gigabit router.

Product is quite good and what’s more impressive was the support after sales. Due to some unknown reasons the product stopped working after a while and then when reached the curzor support team for warranty claim, it was quite a simple and hassle free process. I’m quite satisfied with that. Product is definitely value for money.
