Wonderful Product!
I was able to swap tires on the R1250GS (in my garage with hand tools) from road to knobby and back to road tires. 1000x better than the old “soapy water” method. I followed the instructions to the letter, applying before and after deflating the tire, and that helped tremendously. The product can also be used to protect the rubber and keep it looking good. Being able to swap my own tires at home saved me from having to deal with the upselling motorcycle stores, forever!

Large tub is a great value. Will last a long time.
I was changing tires using only dishsoap and at times window cleaner. I tried this and it was more slippery and made changing tires even easier. I have my technique down for motorcycle tires and i would say this product (large tub is nice) works as intended and i can see why motorcycle shops use this type instead of just dishsoap.

A small price to pay for a life long new friend.
Probably the best 25 bucks you can spend for a essentially life time supply of tire mounting grease. Worse thing about the thing is where to keep it since its going to be with you literally forever. Works great though. Thought why use this when soapy water works also. But this really is a great choice as its consistency really is easy to work well in keeping the tire easily lubed all around not drying out to fast like sopay water.. Also less water in your work area is good if you work indoors. Its very easy to work with and it also is a great grease for putting on tire stems, and lubing man other things like grommets.

Good product
It is a good product but not necessary. You can use some dish soap and water mixture for same result

Best stuff for tire replacement
Used on ATV Tire install. Made tire slip right on. Also no mess as it is solid like a past instead of a liquid that runs all over everything. And the size will be enough to do Many, many more tires. Probably will never use it all.

It let me air up tires
I do my own tire mounting and dismounting on old cars, often putting used tires on less-than-pristine rims. Getting the beads to seal is often a challenge. I did three 14" tires this week using Murphy's Soap for the first time. The stuff is a bit sloppy and involves a short learning curve, but once I accepted getting messy I was able to get the beads to pop more easily than when I've used ropes, straps, dish soap, foam tubes, etc. The goop squeezed out as the beads set, and so I could scoop it off the tire and use it again. Overall, it made a frustrating job much less challenging. I'm happy with the purchase. UPDATE: I used it on a fourth tire, and it worked just as I described above. Work the goop in between the tire and rim, hit with 100 psi of air, and POP! The beads are seated. Then scoop off the squeezed-out goop for reuse. After doing four tires, I haven't used up more than maybe 10 percent of the 8-pound bucket. I've fought airing up tires for decades, and this is by far the best way to suceed with the fewest cuss words.
