Good product, subpar packaging.
Product is quite good. Wipes are effective and do the job, helping to keep lashes clean by applying the cleanser. The textured side adds to its functionality. Only complaint is that I agree with those that mention that the packaging is terrible. Or at least the new one (I discovered this product only recently, and noticed that apparently in a previous version it used to come in a cardboard box). The current plastic package has no sealing to re-close it once opened, and allows the wipes to get easily contaminated, dirty, messed-up, etc. For those to whom this may also be a concern, the best solution I found is getting these plastic boxes here on Amazon, too; which can fit a full pack of wipes like a glove. They seem almost like custom made to store these NovaWipes. Each box keeps the wipes tightly sealed and perfectly neat. I even keep two, so while I'm actively using one, I have a spare already preloaded for a next use, or if I may need to quickly throw one in a gym/travel/weekend bag or in my daily street briefcase, to take them somewhere. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BTYQNFVD

Eye wipes
There okay, not sure I would buy again a piece of tissue works just as well. They were doctor suggested. Oh well, the doctor doesn't know everything, we can debate what they say.
