I’m not sure. It says in description it replaces qt110. It would be best to measure.

Using this wheel facing the outside in a kitchen on a counter clockwise motor will it push or pull ?

It depends on the housing in which the fan fits. I can say this, In a counter-clockwise direction the air is drawn from the side of the fan and thrust to the center..... also the direction depends on whether you are viewing the fan from the flat bottom or the dished side.

Does the fan come with a new clip or fastener? In other words, do I need to buy something else to secure the fan to the motor shaft?
