Will this efficiently dry a Siberian Husky?

I think it will. I have 4dogs. 1long hair and three short hair I can dry the four with just the 1 whammy. Glad I purchased it

Does this work well for long haired dogs?

Yes, the fabric has long "noodles" that penetrate deeper into your dog's fur than ordinary towels. The noodles are what absorb the water. With the two pockets where you insert your hands, you can more easily maneuver the towel all over your dog's fur and body to wick water away from their fur, whether short or long.

Do they come in smaller sizes

I don't think so. There was only one size listed.
