I didn’t like the fit was very loose, had to wrap vinyl tape around it to get it to stay in.

I've tried this on a Yamaha, a Takamine, and a Breedlove and it will not fit snug in any of those guitars. It'll stay put, but if you lean the guitar forward it falls out. Also, there is really no difference in sound between having the holes open or closed which is what I was looking for because I used to have one where you could open the bottom half. Due to the fact that this one won't fit snug in 3 different guitars I can't recommend it.

It was too big for my nylon string crossover guitar which has a 3.75" sound hole. Then I tried it in a Taylor guitar with a 4" sound hole. It was too small for that one, but did kinda find in there very loosely. It did not muffle the sound much and change the round "hole filter" did not have much effect.

I gave it an additional star for the fact that it fits better than most sound-hole covers for an opening that’s 3 7/8, but the little plastic middle piece comes out easily and if you’re not careful you will scratch your sound-hole edge. The worst problem is, it’s a cheap piece of junk. Flimsy. Unusable for my needs.

Fit exactly as expected and seems to be of good quality and workmanship.
