The ruler is just short of a smooth finish ,but can not fault the standard of work that has gone into making it.John.

Great quality and very useful for all tradesman in the building and flooring trades. This is a very useful measuring tool when combined with metal tape measure or laser measure tools. Great for floor surveying. Highly recommended tool.

Disappointed. The ruler would not open properly so could not lie it flat against a wall to draw a straight line. Fine if your idea if a straight line is two lines at 175 degree apart. Also the numbering on the metric side goes repeats 1-10 between 100,200,300 mm etc. Useless if you want to measure out 37cm. What was wrong with digits 1-99cm. Not a quality product. Cant recommend. Returned for refund.

I am a fitter. I use a 2 metre ruler all day, every day. This has already started to fall apart at the hinges. Useless.

Rough and poorly finished, some ink marking missing and smudged. Hinges very tight, (though they may loosen with use).
