I ordered this product with the idea of being outside for several hours are a time and needing replacement batteries when necessaryfor a DJI Osmo Action. 3 batteries came with the unit and one with the camera so there are four to use. Once you download the app to your phone, you use it to better see the view the lens has found with the camera. With the first usage, I left both the cam and the app on while finding different shots to record. The camera battery needed replaced sooner than I had thought it would need to be. Carrying extra batteries in a coat pocket was what I did. Right pocket for new, left for used. I used a power bank on a carry stick/tripod combination and a Ulanzi protection cage for the cam. Finding a flat spot to remove the cam from the tripod and to remove the cam from the cage to replace the battery was a slight challenge. I wanted to keep everything out of the elements without toting and taking storage boxes for the takes. Finding a large semi-flat boulder, and a soft lens cleaning cloth, I was able to handle the switch out. The charging unit is light plastic with a short USB cable. It takes a while to charge from dead. I was surprised that the 10000 mah power bank charged the battery inside the camera quicker than the 3 hole charging unit. Logistics and thinking though the change out process is necessary forethought for a smooth battery switch when out for more than just a few minutes.

The supplied USB-C cable does not go in all the way to the charging case. The Jack is recessed enough that the cable pops out if you even slightly touch it. Then one of the batteries gives a “abnormal” warning when inserted into the camera. I’ve received a replacement and it also has the same cable issue. I swapped one of the replacement batteries with the abnormal battery, but now I need to decide if it’s worth the risk of failing down the road. It’s Just dumb that no one would QC this stuff before offering it for sale. Also, these weren’t the least expensive batteries and charger available, and thus shouldn’t be this problematicUpdate 8/5/2024- This vendor resolved the issue and I’m happy with the actions taken. Best purchase I've made for my camera good to have

...I bought this item many months ago to compliment my DJI Osmo Action camera, and have been very satisfied with this product. So much so, that I just re-bought it again for my brother's birthday. I have no negative things to say about it or the seller...in fact, I would buy again from this supplier in a heartbeat!

Just posting for people trying to research what batteries to buy. YMMV, but here is my experience.I just received the batteries and charger; charged fully overnight. Today i left the camera recording on 1080p60 until each battery died, and the average recording time was ~72min. Ambient temperature of our house is about 70F.I will try to update later after I have vacationed with the batteries and camera.

The media could not be loaded. Recieved 3/23/24 tested out 3/24/24 after letting them charge fully 2 out of the 3 ended up working one showed it was charged on the dock but when put on the dji camera it shows low battery hopefully company will reach out and address the issue with the faulty single battery
