How long it needs to recharge the battery?

Battery run time and charge may vary depending upon factors including but not limited to charging conditions, usage of tool, storage, environmental conditions, age, etc. Because of these factors, We are unable to provide a run time. Please contact DeWalt directly for further questions or concerns.

Is it possible to get 230vac 50hz charger for dcs356d1?

I have no idea. However, it's never a good idea to use a charger that isn't specifically designed for a lithium ion battery powered tool.

How long can you run the oscillating tool before it has the cool

I haven't ran it for a long period of time in one segment but I have used it a lot in several segments and it hasn't had to cool. Works amazing! Hope this helps.
