Reasonably Good Replacement
I have a very expensive floor lamp that only uses this style bulb. Apparently the original bulb is no longer available (at least at a reasonable price - I'm not spending $70 on a light bulb!). After much searching on the internet, I found this Kandolite 18858 Extended base lamp. My floor lamp requires the extended base, so my options are limited. This lamp works well enough - I ordered a bunch of spares so I will be able to keep my lamp working for years to come. My only complaint is that the glass bulb is half as long as the one pictured (like the original lamp), and that also results in the filament being half as long. But it works, and with the original bulb not being available, beggars can't be choosers. This is a reasonable alternative that gets the job done.

Great replacement bulb
I needed a replacement bulb and this specialty size was hard to find. But it fit perfectly and was much less money than what I saw on a few other sites.

This bulb did not work for our lamp.
This bulb did not work for our lamp yet it is labeled the same as previous bulb. So either the bulb is useless or the lamp electrical has another problem. Don’t know as yet.

Nice Price - Perfect Replacement
The perfect replacement for the Sylvania ESR Bayonet double contact T4 Tube bulb. There are so many different call outs for this lamp it makes it really hard to be sure this one is going to fit your fixture. Look for the ceramic part above the base, make sure its a T4 and the wattage is correct. As stated here it fits the discontinued OSRAM 100W 64473 and others with a myriad of model and part #'s.
