I just watch my entire body mass just slide and fall of. A lot of body muscles just vanished, and rumer says can't ever get it back like whrn you would be staring 60 years in your body. BUT the eyes go really really fast.These have a light not "protein powder kind of tastes"And no blender or ingredients necessary with zero waste along the way.

The macros on this shake are unbeatable and it is a cost effective dose of protein. On top of that I genuinely enjoy the strawberry flavor much more than the protein powders I already have at home.

A bit too sweet for me. I add half a carton to my iced, unsweetened black coffee, to try to get in my morning protein, and it’s still a little too sweet. But please keep in mind that I generally don’t enjoy super sweet beverages. I picked up the vanilla milkshake. It’s a nice flavor, aside from being a little too sweet.

I’m super picky and also really discerning about what I eat. These are loaded with protein for very little calories and I use these for both meal replacements or just a snack between meals. They are convenient to grab and go.

Great strawberry flavor, a personal favorite. Light, creamy texture, velvety smooth. Good protein with little carb impact. It’s great chilled or over ice or straight out of the carton at room temperature. I love it.

This is the lunch of champions. Pair this up with an apple or a nanner and you're good til quittin time! They taste decent, not quite like a Slim Fast but more like Carnation Instant Breakfast.

As far as the taste, these unfortunately fall short. As someone used to drinking the Fairlife protein shakes, I was expecting a similar taste. These taste much worse but they’re still drinkable and good quality protein. I planned on making Ninja Creamis with these like I do with FairLifes but these just weren’t good enough and seem more watery than Fairlife’s creaminess.
