A serious review! The drone is good and have good functions unlike the cheap 4000/- drones you get online. The camera quality is good if you use it during low winds. The stock app (Tello) gives you basic usage and some pre defined functions. Try that and then purchase Tello FPV from playstore at 450/- consider this as the cost included with drone, this app is specially designed for tello and is being constantly updated for new features and bugs. The control features on this app will take tello to highest levels. You will find this purchase worthy. Read the document of that app for good use. Troubleshooting: When the drone is turned on and kept still without flying, the drone will heat up quickly because of no air flow and will shut down within a minute while giving overheating warning in the app. So keep the wifi and app ready, decide your place and the shot u want to take, turn the drone on, connect and fly. When it is in air, it will not overheat quickly. It can fly upto 13 minutes with no wind resistance. With wind, the video will be shaky, the drone tries it's best to get stable. But this is acceptable for a small drone like this. Don't fly near water bodies until you are perfect in controlling.

MoneyWaste,Used it 3-4 times & kept it. Tried using it again after 1 month and it stopped working, not charging at all. Has poor flight time, hardly 3-4 mins. Has no Authorised centre in India and carries no warrenty.

I am a photographer / videographer and was planning to buy this drone since a long time. Finally I was able to save and buy this. Pros - 1. Good HD Camera 720P is actually very good. 2. Good responsive drone with fluid movements (I flew it with my mobile phone). 3. Good quality of plastic used to make the product. Feels high end. 4. Drone is small and compact. 5. Extra set of propellers and spanner to remove propellers provided. 6. Great photos and cinematic videos. Can be color graded as per your choice. MP4 file is saved on your mobile phone which you can move to PC and edit. Cons - 1. Big problem - when the drone came, I put the battery for charging using my mobile charger, but it didn't charge. The green light came on and then the red light flashed for 3 seconds and it switched offi. Ideally, when charging it should show a blue blinking light. Luckily I am a technically inclined person, so I researched articles on google and finally found the solution on YouTube. The problem is that the Drone shows Firmware as 0.0. Solution - 1. uninstall the Tello app from your phone. 2. download the Tello 1.1.1 apk link given in the YouTube video description. 3. Install it on your mobile phone. 4. Now, this gets a little complicated so be careful. 5. Unplug the charging cable. 6. remove the battery halfway. 7. Press and hold the power button 8. With the power button pressed, insert the charger cable. 9. Green led with turn on. 10. As soon as the green led goes off, release the power button and at the same time push the battery in until it makes a click sound. 11. You will see that the Red led will come on and start blinking. 12. Open the Tello app 1.1.1 which you had installed on your mobile phone. 13. It may ask you to connect > click connect > it will ask you to choose Tello network > select Tello network. 14. Then click Settings icon. 15. Click More option. 16. Click Three Dots icon to the left. 17. Click on the Update button next to Firmware. 18. It will install the latest firmware. you will be able to see the status bar. dont disturb the drone when you are doing this, otherwise your drone will become useless, dont unplug the charger or remove the battery etc. 19. Once this step completes, you will see that the LED light turns blue and will start blinking. 20. Now your drone is charging properly. 21. Let the drone charge completely for 2 hours. 22. Remove the Tello 1.1.1 app which you installed on your mobile. 23. Install the latest version of the Tello app from DJI website. 24. Open the app, it will say that a new firmware update is available. Download it and keep ready. Press the X button to get out of that screen. It will come to the flight controls screen. Close app. 25. Once drone is completely charged, press the power button on drone. 26. Open the Tello app on phone. 27. It will prompt you to connect, click connect, choose the Tello network. 28. It will tell you that a latest update is available, install yes or no. Click yes to update the firmware again. Now this is the latest firmware. 29. Once it installs the firmware your drone is ready to be used. Now, since I am a technically inclined person, I was able to do this. Tell me what would a normal person who doesn't know all this, will do. I kindly request the seller to contact DJI and bring this to their attention and resolve this issue. 2. DJI should sell the drone with the matching charger, why sell it separately. 3. Battery life, although they claim it to be 13 minutes, it is less. Its more like 7 minutes. I understand, that the motors are rotating at huge speed, so this kind of consumption is anticipated.

In this price range it's amazing to having it. Stability amazing , picture quality is not that good but have editing skills then you can make it better. Flying time is around 12min. I am a beginner and I crashed it many times but there is no any damages because of the superb build quality.

Appario retail belied my hopes and expectations and did a very poor job delivering seemingly used product - and charging full amount. Box missed out on quick start guide and there’s no way to tell if it should contain one. No manufacturing date indicated but there’s a mention of 2/2021 somewhere. 2/4 spare blades are broken and box was already opened, seal broken. Battery discharges in no time. One of blade protectors is already worn out from inside. Despite all this I have retained the gadget. the drone itself seems good connecting to the phone app and manoeuvres well. Manageable Stability in outside conditions with moderate wind. One touch landing works fine as do some of the drone modes. Camera photo and video clarity is fine and we tried about 15 ft height only. Product calibration is good. Overall very poor experience with product delivery quality but a mixed opinion on drone itself - this is just a day of usage inside and outside. Very good for any kind of beginner like us.

This is a basic model, starter for kids and don't expect too much ,I have uploaded the shots taken by drone ,camera quality is good , if the situation is windy the drone can't withstand and moves faster in other directions,expensive here compared to US,

I tried to fly it during lunchtime at my project site, but as soon as I turned it on, it sent warning "system overheated, shutting down" I thought maybe because of weather and afternoon time it has problem. But I tried again in evening, this time it did fly, captured 46 sec video, 3 pic. But after max 2-3 min max fight it showed the same warning. So, I returned it. The picture quality is as good as a 5MP camera can take. Video is ok, Handling and flying is easy. But As I needed it to take picture and videos of my construction project, it is not for me. Maybe people who want to have a toy with camera will like it.

This is a scam buy. They are sending you incomplete products . No spare batteries and no battery charging hub provided. It is better that we buy it off the shelf rather than ordering it online . The drone battery is dead already and I don't have a charger to charge it. The buyer has given incomplete products and is overpriced as well. Not a good buy at all. Very very bad.
