Very good…..I have added it to Greek yogurt and to oatmeal. Planning on making a smoothie with it soon as well. It has a nice mocha-ish-y flavor without being overpoweringly chocolate. I’m not a big chocolate person, but others in my house are so I thought we’d try this……It’s not gritty at all like the whey isolates. It has a smooth and creamy texture. I have an insanely sensitive stomach and this goes down easily. I only use one scoop [a serving is 2 scoops] I have also used the NorCal organic peanut butter powder and that’s amazing as well. Easy to mix. Doesn't clump. Taste like cocoa powder, which is a lot better than most protein powders. Appreciate how simple and real the ingredients are

The product has changed drastically and no longer mixes properly. It has become highly unstable. Even after vigorous shaking in a protein shaker, the powder floats to the top of the drink and forms clumps, making it difficult and unpleasant to consume. I have purchased this product monthly for over a year, and it is very evident that a significant change has occurred in the last three bags I’ve purchased. I contacted the company multiple times to address this issue, specifically regarding the product’s inability to mix properly in a protein shaker. Unfortunately, I have received no response to my complaints. I was hoping the company would acknowledge the issue and return the formulation to its original state, rather than leaving customers to drink clumps of wet protein powder floating on top of their drinks. I understand that using a high-speed blender might help, but as many people know, blending protein powder at high speeds can break down amino acids—the very benefit of consuming protein powder in the first place. I am very disappointed, and frankly, highly dissatisfied with both the product change and the lack of response from the company about the formula change or lack of quality control.

I only recently started Incorporating whey protein into my diet. I am very food conscious and very picky about the kind of ingredients I put into my body so having something organic, with no artificial additives, not a lot of sugar, and high quality was very important to me. I have been using this for about two weeks and I make it into a fruit smoothie with some berries, organic milk and water everyday and it tastes great and is filling. Makes a great afternoon snack, breakfast or post workout drink. Only thing I would change is the price...its bit too expensive and the packaging is not the most convenient. A can of some kind would be much better for storage and handling.

I've easily tried two dozen protein powders over the years, each with pros and cons. This one is the one I happy return to. Yep, it's expensive, but: fantastic taste (both chocolate and vanilla), no gut or queasy reactions, minimal ingredients+stevia (vs. other sugars or sugar alcohols), humane and sustainable treatment of cows, US sourcing and great customer service. Excellent protein to start your day. Gentle on my stomach. Tastes good.

First time trying this. Chocolate flavor and sweetness are good. Tried mixing it with cold water and the powder didn't blend/dissolve well and it stuck to the spoon like paste. Dig around in the package and you'll find the measuring scoop.
