Your statements are not correct. Philips (PH) and JIS screw drivers are different. Amazon sent me PH screw driver instead of the JIS that I orders and paid for. The PH screwdriver strips out JIS heads. There is an important difference and your buyers need to be aware of the difference. The JIS screw heads will have a small dot in them. Philips heads will not have this dot in them.

Are these black ends tips oxide? Are they magnetic? Is the molding engraved grey case included as the picture?

Yes, The blade is black oxide coating, and those screwdriver blades are Magnetized. This Gray case is made of EVA foam with metallic hairline design hard top made of PE. And it's included in the No.9008EVA.

Does the Jawsfit tear up the screw heads?

We cannot guarantee that JAWSFIT tip don't damage the screw head at all, but mostly the blade tip wear-down if it's used appropriately.

what are the dimensions of the foam?

The packaging says it's 15.1"x7.8". I would conclude by that that the foam is probably 15"x7 3/4" since it fits securely in the box it comes in.
