Shock, 4600 Series, Monotube, Steel, Yellow Paint, Front

I knew my old shocks were bad, but didn’t realize how bad until we replaced them with these! Our older Chevy Suburban has a much smoother ride, and my back is a lot less sore. Since the bumpy roads haven’t changed, it must be the shocks. :-)

I did try to attempt to install these myself however with a 93 in Wisconsin things for a little rusty and I was having a hell of a time only using a Jack and a jack stand so I said forget it took it to a shop and paid $40 per side to install. To me that was well worth the money not to deal with the rusty aggravation. However she has a very nice ride

They were the wrong size.

Great firm ride. replaces the stock shocks with improved drivability! Best shocks I have ever had!

what can you say about shock absorbers for they are actually very simple in design but the fact that these are made in Germany and not in China like 99% of everything else is made makes me very happy and the quality has been perfect for I installed these on my 1999 GMC suburban truck and what a world of difference it has made from the OEM original shocks that were on the truck.

I had an issue pulling my boat with standard shocks as they would wear out. I have used Bilsteins before and the always last longer than the standard shock.

Great shocks. Spend the extra money for bilstein shocks you won't be disappointed.
