It came with a hard wire kit and that was an unexpected surprise. Very easy to set up with 2 fuses and a simple ground. Ran the wires easily to hide from view and spliced into the reverse light to trigger the back up cam. So far everything works great. The developer has been quick to answer questions. Great product for a great price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Didn’t last long. *by B***N on Reviewed in the United States on November 23, 2020* Ordered back in May 2020 and the product arrived on time with prime shipping. We took a chance as you always do when ordering online. We went by the positive feedback this company/product had received. We had a company install the product. It worked great up until about 2 months ago. No physical damage(it’s attached to the rear view mirror so obviously you’d have to take it down and throw it around to damage it). The camera won’t take photos anymore and the video function does not work anymore. We’ve formatted the SD card and still nothing. So needless to say it’s not built to be left on the mirror even though that’s what it’s designed for. Is it worth the money for the small amount of time that it worked? I guess, not really? Anything you pay for that breaks down after a few short months isn’t really worth it when it comes down to your security. I did pay very little considering what it is so yes that’s my fault for buying cheap products. I don’t recommend this. Other ppl haven’t had any issues al maybe it’s just one every now and again that messes up. Idk. Technology isn’t always 100% full proof. It’s really going to be up to you to make that call. The bad part? Everything else. If you have no knowledge at all about connecting to fuse boxes, wiring or cables, you WILL have a hard time with this. There are YouTube tutorials, but good luck finding any that explain well enough how to install, much less specifically for your car. If you insist on buying this, I suggest finding someone local like a stereo store that can install it for you to save the trouble/headache, tho they'll charge you for installation. You're better off buying one where it just plugs into the car lighter.
