Bought this dress for my petite mom to wear to a wedding (note: alternate option ordered through Try Before You Buy failed to arrive on time). Flattering fit and pretty color. Only issue was the back zipper. Got a bit stuck halfway up and had to be pulled extremely carefully.

Love the beautiful blue color and material has just the right amount of sequins. Not to sparkley. Form fitting but I like it a little looser. . I did the “try then buy” with size 16 and 18. I’m 185 and 5’5”. The larger felt more comfortable, sine I’ll be wearing to a wedding and reception which will be 9 hours.I’m the mother of the groom and wanted comfy, knee length with a little sparkle as to let the bride have her day to shine. I wore the dress for a couple hours to make sure the sequins under the arms did not scratch me. And all was fine.

Pretty dress not really the material I was thinking but had a little stretch to it and it was still very nice. I liked the shape of the dress but the material made it itchy for me... armpit area.

I liked the fit of Alex Evenings' size 18 regular. My measurements are 46-40-46, 5'3", but dresses are rarely available in petite size 18. Fabric is comfortable. Dress is lined. I would want to remove the sequins from the edge of the armhole. I can't write about durability because I returned it. Mocha dress pictured is from a different style (short V-neck cap sleeve sequin sheath). The style that I received matches the description (short floral embroidered sheath) and the fabric is a mocha-colored version of the peacock floral sequin pattern--a pretty pattern that helps disguise body "imperfections."

Love the sparkle. IFits great. Only complaint is that it is a little scratchy under the armpits.

Just tried dress on ! Terrible fit in breast area padding is down in wrong one side higher then other ! I would like to return this dress very un happy

The dress fit well, laid nicely, comfortable to wear. I wore a size 8. I am 5'5" -6" ish, and weigh 137 lbs. I bought both the champagne and the navy blue and both were the colors I expected. The champagne fabric had a bit more stretch. I was mother of the groom - two weddings this summer and wore the same style in a different color - no one was the wiser :) Form fitting, stylish, complementary with just enough bling. Neither dress was prone to snagging.

I purchased this dress for my son’s wedding. I do not normally buy clothes on line but I had tried this dress on at a store close to my home so I knew what size to order. The color is the same as the swatch of material in the photo’s. It is very comfortable and will be easy to dance in. The price is great - $100 less than at the store. It does fit a bit small - I normally take a size 6 but this is a size 8 and fits me well.

This dress is just what I wanted for my daughter’s wedding. The blue is perfect and it has just the right amount of sparkle.

Love the fit of this dress. Love the ruching in this dress. Very flattering , the blue bling on the top part of the dress is just enough. Very happy with this dress.

Absolutely love this dress. I used the size chart and it fits like a glove. Could not be happier with this purchase and speedy delivery !!
